A small team of three people and two dogs are dutifully trying to bring the best product in the signage market to the entire metro area from Gluckstadt.

Austin LaSource and his wife, Lauren, have been at the Gluckstadt location of their signing business, It’s Vinyl Y’all, since October 16 but have been doing online business for the past four years.
  • MADISON – PostNet, a design, printing and shipping franchise, opened its first center in Mississippi last month here at 1060 Highway 5. The new PostNet franchise is owned by a local couple, Tunji and Dupe Oluwatade.
  • Merit Health Burn Program adds new laser, Adcock named PROGRAM Director
    JACKSON – William C. Lineaweaver, MD, FACS, medical director of the Joseph M. Still Burn & Reconstruction Center at Merit Health Central, has named David W. Adcock, MD, director of the center’s Laser and Reconstruction program.

    Dr. Adcock joined the burn program in July 2015 and has 21 years of laser experience in both research and therapeutic uses. Lasers are used for scar revision and other applications, including cosmetic treatments, and can improve the appearance, texture, color and thickness of scars associated with burns, trauma, surgery, and skin conditions such as acne.
  • Restaurants unite to raise more than $100K for cancer research
    In answer to the persisting need for a cure to one of the deadliest diseases facing women today, Newk’s Eatery is calling on partners and patrons across its 115 restaurants to “Join the Fight” against ovarian cancer. During Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month this September, guests both dining in or ordering online are invited to add a dollar amount to their purchases to fund research instrumental in diagnosis and treatment of what has been dubbed this generation’s “silent killer.”
